Biography
Steve Rosenzweig received his Bachelors Degree from San Diego State University in 1963. From 1963 to 1970, he served as an officer in the United States Air Force where he remained as a Reserve Officer until his retirement in July, 1990.
Steve began his insurance and estate planning career in 1970. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1977, and was a member of the first class to receive a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation in 1982, both through the American College. He also received his Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation in 1993.
Noted for his extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of estate planning, retirement planning, charitable giving and executive and employee fringe benefits, Steve has instructed courses in Business Insurance, Employee Benefit Planning and Estate Planning for the Life Underwriter Training Council and National Association of Life Underwriters. For the past 10 years, Steve has conducted various estate* and retirement planning seminars including CPE seminars for CPAs.
He is a past president of both the Washington D.C. Estate Planning Council and of the D.C. Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Steve served for several years on the Life Underwriter Training Council Contents & Techniques Committee, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Washington D.C. Estate Planning Council and the Suburban Maryland Estate Planning Council.
His professional memberships include the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Washington D.C. Estate Planning Council, Estate Planning Council of Suburban Maryland, The Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the Financial Planning Association, The National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, National Association of Philanthropic Planners. He is a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

John H. Hollywood focuses on working with partnership clients. He is licensed to provide life insurance, annuities and investment products, including both mutual funds, stocks and bonds.
John received his undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo, his Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona , and an MBA from Northwestern University. Prior to his career in financial services, John served for 22 1/2 years in the U.S. Army, ending his military career as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Committed to professional education, John holds the advanced designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He is also a fellow of the Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTCF).
Active in the industry, John is a member of the Suburban Maryland National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Society of Financial Services Professionals. In the community, John is on the Planning Advisory Board for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and is president of the Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce, that honored him as Business Person of the Year for 2001. He served four years on the Crofton Civic Association as an elected board member and as treasurer. Additionally, he is a current board member, and distinguished past president, of the Kiwanis Club of Crofton.
Evert McDowell began assisting individuals and businesses with their financial needs after completing his MBA at The American University in 1993. For the past 10 years he has presented numerous seminars on financial topics throughout the region, including CPE seminars for CPAs. His practice focuses on working with owners of closely held businesses, helping them use corporate assets to build personal wealth on a tax favorable basis. Evert is licensed to provide life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities and investment products including mutual funds and stocks and bonds.
He is active in the community and serves as a member of The National Cathedral Planned Giving Committee and is the immediate past president of the Washington Adventist Hospital Foundation Board.
